This critical role involves providing advanced (Level 4) technical support for our software solutions, primarily built with Kotlin, React, and deployed on Azure. This position requires commitment to overnight support and weekend work on a rotational or fixed basis to ensure global coverage. For this role we are seeking someone with at least three years of experience as a developer, and possibly a lot more. The successful candidate will be confident working alone on a difficult requirement, and working as a senior member of a team mentoring others.

You will at least be familiar with a number of tools and development languages, and whilst having your preferences, be willing to keep learning more.

The ability to perform as an "all rounder", for example:

1. You will be responsible for code quality (we don't outsource that to our Test Manager).
2. You will propose (UX) design for new requirements
3. You will develop and test features on your own
4. You will develop and test more complex functionality as part of a skilled team of engineers
5. You will work with the team on resolving issues (we don't want a separate team to fix our bugs)
6. You will be required to help customers if they have trouble using our software
7. You will analyse pain points/issues, based on real customer feedback, provide key insights for the team and be involved in working out solutions to improve the product.

• Strong communication skills
• Four years Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar
• Excellent CSS/HTML/JavaScript skills
• With 10 years of experience as a Software Developer
• Strong Experience with React and Kotlin
• Strong back-end development skills
