Lily & Co is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to handle our brand’s digital presence & design engaging content. This role combines social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and graphic design to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and oversee content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, captions, and campaigns to boost online presence.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Arts or related field;
• Proven experience in social medial management or similar role;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Analytical mindset with deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and engagement tactics;
• Proficient in graphic design tools and techniques - Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma (portfolio required)
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and balance multiple projects at once
• Must be able to work on-site; this is not a remote role
