Principal Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media platforms for user-generated content that violates community guidelines, including but not limited to hate speech, spam, and explicit material.
- Escalate complex issues or potential public relations crises to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Implement content moderation policies and enforce platform rules consistently to ensure a safe and respectful online community.
- Analyze user engagement data and report on trends, anomalies, and feedback to inform content strategy and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with content creation team to suggest topics, trends, and user-generated content that could enhance the brand’s social media presence.
- Share social media best practices, platform updates, and changes to community guidelines.
- Perform sentiment analysis on user comments and feedback to gauge public opinion and identify potential areas for improvement or innovation within the platform.
- Monitoring and mentoring of social media engagers to ensure quality engagements and customer service.
- Manage Ad boosting on social media platforms based on each brand’s directives.
- Provides social media progress reports regularly.
- Performs related tasks from time to time.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or relevant field Performing
- At least 1 to 3 years work experience as a Social Media Manager
- Work experience of one or two years in Sales, Advertising, Customer Service or Public Relations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
