We are looking for a creative and social media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Content Intern. If you have a passion for TikTok, an eye for trends, and enjoy creating engaging content, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


Responsibilities:

This position, based in the Philippines, is primarily responsible for supporting content creation efforts for the company’s and clients’ social media pages, especially on TikTok.

  • Create engaging content for the company’s page and client pages.
  • Support production shoots, including capturing behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Edit videos and optimize them for platform performance.
  • Shoot on-the-spot content and edit in real time to capitalize on trending moments.
  • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas based on platform insights.
  • Assist in managing social media interactions and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all posts.


Requirements:

  • Passion for social media, especially TikTok, with an understanding of platform best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, editing, and optimizing short-form video content.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools.
  • Strong community engagement skills and the ability to interact with audiences effectively.
  • Up to date with TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm updates.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills to meet content deadlines.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a relevant field.
