The Site Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing site operations to ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with company standards and industry regulations. This role involves coordinating site activities, troubleshooting issues, ensuring compliance, and supporting various projects to enhance site performance.

• Site Operations Management: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out effectively and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Project Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor site-specific projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager and other concerned department and clients to address any issues that arise.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the site adheres to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues or challenges on-site. Provide troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues to senior management when needed.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, performance metrics, and incident reports. Prepare and present regular reports to management on site performance, issues, and improvements.
• Suppliers and Client Management: Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other external partners to ensure that site operations run smoothly. Manage contracts and service agreements as needed.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to site staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in site management.
• Skills:Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in project management tools.
