Develop and integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and scripting.
Automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).Manage Service Portal configuration and enhancements.
Customize UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and ACLs.
Conduct unit testing and support UAT for developed features and fixes.
Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and platform governance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience with ITSM, ITOM, and at least one of the following modules: HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and instance management.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
