  • The applicant should be Located in Valenzuela but the training will be here in the main office of One Point Contact Inc.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment and systems.
  • Document support processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT team to improve system performance.
  • Conduct training for users on new technologies.
