- Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Food and Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to the establishment’s standards.
- Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and properly garnished.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Order Management:
- Ensure orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver orders to customers at their tables or prepare take-out orders.
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and service areas clean and well-maintained.
- Clear tables and reset them for new customers.
- Handle trash removal and keep workstations sanitized.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with other service crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
- Adhere to Safety and Hygiene Standards:
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of personal hygiene and work attire.
