Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding - This includes complete capture of customer data, records and or history of orders.
  • Delivery Follow up - Was it on time? Were all items delivered? Working together with PMs and logistics team to keep track of this.
  • Order Concerns - Items with defects and or need repair.
  • Warranty Claims - After number of years (scratches, broken parts, missing pieces).
  • Return / Exchanges - Wrong dimensions change preferences.
  • Spare Parts Request
  • Customer Feedback / Customer Satisfaction Follow up



Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in after-sales service, customer service, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati Area
  • With good communication skills
