職位描述
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and counters.
- Assist in setting up tables, refilling condiments, and clearing used dishes.
- Handle cash, operate POS systems, and process payments when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Support team members and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Education: SPM or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided. (Experience in customer service or F&B is an added advantage).
- Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Qualities & Traits:
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and a team player.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform light to moderate lifting.
- Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced F&B environment with exposure to crowds and varying shifts.
- Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required.
