簡介
- Serve customers efficiently, assist with their needs and special requests, and ensure assigned sales quota is met.
- Assist in training activities for new QS Partners as requested.
- Adhere to sanitation standards and safety procedures.
- Help maintain the good image of the store by assisting customers in a hospitable manner.
- Ensure the store’s daily sales quota is met, update and submit daily sales reports regardless of duty location for proper tracking and monitoring.
- Report daily sales to AOs for transaction tracking and strictly follow daily sales deposit procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and perform necessary sanitation of tools, equipment, floors, and other areas before leaving.
- Set up food, frying tools, equipment, ovens, and other necessities prior to store opening to ensure smooth operations.
- Check stock validity and always serve fresh, quality food.
- Prevent spoilage and contamination.
- Immediately report concerns or issues encountered during food preparation.
- Maintain fast and efficient serving time for all customer orders.
- Adhere to company work standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in branch training as needed.
- Forecast stock orders and submit to commissary.
- Submit petty cash liquidation to Finance Audit weekly.
- Manage online food aggregator accounts according to store operational hours, menu availability, and order processing.
- Coordinate with aggregator help centers when needed (e.g., Foodpanda, GrabFood, Booky, SM Online, Pickaroo, and similar platforms).
- Analyze customer complaints and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Handle cashiering functions and ensure daily sales are kept secure and/or deposited on time.
- Serve as a reliever at other store branches as necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Follow standards and procedures and pay close attention to detail.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Apply analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills while demonstrating good judgment.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php 15,000.00 - Php 15,910.00 per month

- Finished highschool or any vocational graduate
- At least two (2) year work experience in the same role, in the same capacity
