Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
Craft and send engaging outreach messages to prospective candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and Boolean search.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
