Job Overview

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships for key account clients ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of all company products and services, industry knowledge, and sales expertise. The Senior Sales Specialist will get involved strategic account management, contract negotiation, sales performance monitoring, client-support, and after-sales services.


Requirements:

  • Execute sales plans aligned with marketing strategies to achieve company and individual targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations to target clients and lead in resolving complaints to ensure a complete sales experience.
  • Co-initiate business development activities and programs, working closely with brand leads and technical teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Directors of F&B, Executive Chefs, Executive Housekeeping, Procurement Heads, and Purchasing Managers.
  • Collaborate with clients on new product development, menu innovations, and promotional strategies.
  • Actively participate in bidding processes, including electronic (eBid) and proposal bidding.
  • Lead business reviews to evaluate key account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources to meet targets.
  • Participate in industry events and conduct regular client visits.
  • Develop clients for coffee and other products within assigned territories through saturation and market research.
  • Assist the Immediate Head in overseeing total market performance in assigned territories.
  • Support and perform initiatives and improvements for the overall function and achievement of the department’s goals, targets, and objectives.
  • Create comprehensive analysis reports to support business decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management, Business Management/Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG, Coffee, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Marketing industries.
