• Our client, a MNC F&B chain seeks to hire a Senior Product Manager to be based in CBD Singapore.
• Design Market-fit Solutions:lead UX research in the Southeast Asian (SEA) countries to build ordering/payment systems aligned with local consumer behaviors and preferences
• Survey & Build Payment System: conduct field market research in target countries to analyze dominant payment channels, fee structures, and merchant onboarding requirements, then design integrated payment solutions for POS systems
• Bridge Global Teams: create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), prioritize development backlogs with engineering teams in China, and oversee product release approvals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Specialisation preferred
• 3-5 yrs in consumer tech/e-com, with end-to-end ownership of at least one transactional product (apps/websites).
• Business or travel experience in the Southeast Asian (SEA) countries preferred
• Prior team leader of application design in the Southeast Asian (SEA) countries is a strong plus
• Proven international procurement expertise across key regions including but not limited to: Southeast Asia , Northeast Asia (Japan/Korea) ,Central Asia , The Americas
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Willing to travel internationally for assignments
• Familiar with SEA payment gateways (e.g., GrabPay/OVO/DANA)
• High professional integrity, strong commercial negotiation skills, and cultural fit
• Only Singapore citizens and Permanent Resident
