Position: Senior Acumatica Consultant
Reports to: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
The Senior Acumatica Consultant will manage and perform implementations of ERP software and provide ongoing consulting services to clients. You'll work on system reviews, training, customization, and troubleshooting, ensuring customers get the most out of their software solutions. You’ll also offer support for client issues, data analysis, and improvements across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP software implementations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with quality.
- Provide ongoing support, including training, system reviews, and troubleshooting to resolve client issues.
- Analyze and resolve data-related issues, providing comprehensive support through email, phone, and in-person communications.
- Work with clients on business process improvements, system customizations, and upgrades.
- Lead scoping, solution design, and project documentation throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and positive feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Accounting, or IT (highly preferred).
- 4 years experience minimum in either Acumatica or other ERP solutions.
- Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience with project management, business process mapping, and report writing.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and business processes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and variations are properly signed off.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Performance Expectations & Key Metrics:
- Consistently meet productivity and performance targets as per KPIs.
- Ensure all customer-facing deliverables, including knowledge base articles, peer reviews, and project updates, are completed on time and with quality.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction scores with minimal complaints and effective issue resolution.
- Meet all project documentation standards, including configuration, solution design, and post-implementation handover.
