Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our Customer Solutions Group (CSG), supporting our post-sales teams—Support, Services, and Customer Success. This is a strategic role designed for a highly analytical and business-minded individual who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve customer experience, retention, and internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics efforts: from gathering requirements to delivering compelling insights and stories that drive decisions.
- Analyze customer-related metrics, KPIs, and workflows to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker (or similar BI tools) to visualize operational and customer insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of internal data sources including support cases, CSAT, NPS, usage metrics, and onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and validate data across multiple systems and tools.
- Support post-sales teams with tailored analyses that highlight friction points, drop-offs, and customer behavior patterns.
- Regularly present data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to inform and improve decision-making.
- Use SQL and dbt for querying and data manipulation to power your dashboards and analyses.
- Partner with data engineering to surface new data objects and improve data models used by the business.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong experience in customer support or customer success analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define problems, identify insights, and deliver impact.
- Proficiency in Looker is required (experience in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools also considered).
- Strong command of SQL; experience with dbt is a plus.
- Ability to generate meaningful visualizations such as trend lines, heatmaps, and funnel analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how data drives operational and customer success outcomes.
