Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President and CEO.
Performs clerical, and administrative tasks including drafting letter memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the executive, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company.
Live the corporate values and keenly observe all policies and procedures of the company.
Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.

Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related courses.
Preferably with experience as an Executive Secretary or other similar fields.
Must be Tech-Savy, with efficient computer skills.
With a Professional Driver's License (capable of driving 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles).
Good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal skills.
