Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary platforms in accordance with safety standards and project requirements
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and site instructions to determine scaffolding layout
Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and access points
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance
Work closely with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines
Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment, ensuring they are used and stored properly
Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing PPE and adhering to fall protection protocols
Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Keep the work area clean and organized

BOUND FOR DUBAI
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Certification or training in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent)
Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Certification or training in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent)
Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial projects
