Tasks/Aufgaben

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations by providing administrative, logistical, and process support across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
  • Maintain and update business records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support procurement processes, including vendor management and purchase order tracking.
  • Identify and implement improvements in business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and report key business performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management on operational performance.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data within business systems.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Address operational inquiries from clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations.
  • Support contract management and service agreements as required.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business management software (SAP, ERP, CRM).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
