簡介

  1. Prepare and process quotations, invoices and sales orders
  2. Maintain organized records of sales agreements and contracts
  3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  5. Monitor inventory levels and update the sales team on product availability.
  6. Maintain and update client and sales data bases.
  7. Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.
  8. Handle filing, photocopying and other clerical duties.

職位要求

  1. College graduate, a degree in business administration is a plus
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is a plus
  3. Strong organizational skills and time management
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  7. Team player, proactive and self-motivated.
