> Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
> Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
> Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
> Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
> Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
> Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
> Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
> Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course)
> Preferably with sales or customer service-related experience
> Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
> Exhibit an excellent sense of honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
> Can encode with speed and accuracy.
> Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel)
> Flexible for mall hours schedule
