We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in promoting and selling our cleaning services. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as long as you have the drive, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills suited for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s cleaning services to potential clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate offices, residential, commercial spaces, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, confident, and has a “sales personality” (persuasive, energetic, and approachable)
• Goal-driven and willing to learn sales techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to do client visits and fieldwork as needed

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing is an advantage
• Knowledge of cleaning services or facility management industry is a plus
