  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products or services
