We are looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on cold calling, email outreach, and outbound sales campaigns targeting clients in Australia, USA, and the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outbound sales and lead generation, with the ability to engage international prospects and convert them into long-term clients.As part of our sales team, you will:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in Australia, USA, and UK.
• Manage and execute email campaigns to engage international prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Present solutions clearly and handle objections effectively.
• Work with internal teams to refine and improve outreach strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly sales activity and conversion targets.

Competitive Commission Structure: Earn high commissions on every closed deal, on top of your base pay. High performers can double or even triple their income through commissions.

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
• Strong background in email outreach, campaign execution, and lead generation.
• Excellent copywriting skills — able to craft persuasive emails, call scripts, and outreach messages tailored to international prospects.
• Familiarity with the Australia, USA, and UK markets.
• Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional, neutral tone.
• Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and consultative selling.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles preferred.
