We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Agent who will work primarily in the field to promote our products and services, build strong client relationships, and help drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and achieving performance-based targets outside of a traditional office setting.

Field prospecting

• Visit areas to identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.

Product/service promotion

• Present and promote products or services tailored to customer needs on-site.

Client relationship building

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat clients.

Sales achievement

• Consistently hit or exceed sales targets through active fieldwork and engagement.

Reporting and feedback

• Submit sales updates, field reports, and market feedback to management regularly.

Experience in sales or marketing

• Background in field selling or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage.

Strong communication skills

• Excellent in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Can work independently in the field while staying focused on targets.

Adaptability and initiative

• Comfortable working in various locations and handling different customer situations.
