  • Achieves objectives, goals, and quotas set by upper management.
  • Offers items/products suited to the customer’s needs.
  • Knows how to position other promos and push ageing.
  • Required to respond to any form of inquiries through calls, text, emails, chats, etc.
  • Communicate with customers about the company’s policies, promos, price updates, etc.
  • Displays adaptability in marketing, pushing and selling new products.
  • Booking
  • Maintains excellent relationship with top identified clients to retain their business. 
  • Graduate of any computer-related course or IT course is preferred
  • Can clearly communicate product benefits and negotiate effectively.
  • Have the ability to identify customers’ needs.
  • Understand market trends and sales strategy
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
