Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify cross-selling opportunities
Effectively communicate product and service offerings to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and contribute to the overall sales strategy
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the supply chain, transport, or logistics industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage the sales process
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Familiar with the local Calamba City Laguna market and industry trends
