Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market for existing and new products.
Administers search of sales leads and prospect third-party airlines.
Manages Company responses to Requests for Proposals received from the market.
Administer the contracts process from quotation up to signature of sales contracts with Customers.
Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, as required from time to time.
Conduct market research to Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Determine and manage the marketing budget.
Liaise with media, advertising, and company newsletter.

At least a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, and Engineering with technical background and proven work experience in Sales Management
With at least 10 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the related field
With exposure and network in the Aviation Maintenance industry
A background and experience in the Aircraft Line and/or Base Maintenance Industry is a definite advantage.
Must be strategic and creative in achieving these strategic goals and have a highly analytical thinking skill.
Outstanding in interpersonal and influencing skills
Experienced in dealing with foreign nationals
Exposed to contracts and agreements
Must be able to motivate and lead a dedicated team of Marketing staff
The candidate is expected to travel extensively within the Philippines and Asia Pacific countries
Willing to be based in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines
