Job Title: Unit Manager

Company: Insular Life

Type: Affiliate/Commission-Based


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Unit Manager to lead a team of financial advisors and drive business growth for Insular Life. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and promote financial planning solutions.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor financial advisors to achieve sales targets and promote financial planning solutions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

2. Sales Performance

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and production goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

3. Business Development

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.

4. Training and Development

  • Provide ongoing training and support to financial advisors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices.

5. Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve team performance and achieve targets.

6. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

職位要求

  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team management (2-3 Years of Field Management or Sales Management)
  • Must have experience as a sales manager under Bancassurance, Pharma, Real Estate, Insurance
  • Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder
  • Must be equipped with working laptop or gadgets.
  • Must be full time, amenable to undergo training on given schedules
  • Has a led a team of 5 or more SDR or Representatives
  • Technologically equipped and savvy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with financial planning and insurance products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
