We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to support our MCPTT (Mission-Critical Push-To-Talk) sales team. Based in our dynamic office, this position is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to further develop their career in sales and business support. You will work closely with the Sales Director and be responsible for tracking sales performance, managing key projects, and handling inside sales activities for the Malaysia market.

• Track and prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for the MCPTT product line
• Monitor and update the status of key projects and accounts on a weekly basis
• Conduct inside sales for the Malaysia market, including lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communications
• Maintain and update the CRM system with sales activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and plans
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, organizing documentation, and handling correspondence related to sales activities

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, inside sales, or business support role
• Strong ability to track and analyze sales performance data
• Experience in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
• Must possess own transport

Additional assets:

• Experience with MCPTT or telecommunications products (a plus, but not required—you’ll learn with us!)
• Knowledge of the Malaysian market (strong advantage)
• Additional language skills (Mandarin beneficial, but not mandatory)
