Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the medical equipment companies expanding to the Philippines. We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) field to lead the sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and leading a sales team to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new opportunities and markets within the IVD industry.
• Lead sales campaigns and activities to promote products.

Customer Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Act as the main point of contact for major accounts and address customer needs.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and support a sales team, providing training and guidance.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and motivate the team to achieve goals.

Market Insight:

• Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights for business growth.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Sales Forecasting:

• Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the budget to ensure resource efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7-10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry.
• Strong knowledge of the IVD market and products.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
