Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers and Executives
• Execute regional sales strategies to achieve unit and gross margin targets
• Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Oversee pricing, forecasting, and contract preparation
• Ensure full customer satisfaction across pre-sales and after-sales stages
• Monitor market trends and emerging industries across Mindanao
• Drive operational improvements through performance reports and analytics

Industry: Industrial / Heavy Equipment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in industrial or heavy machinery sales
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Based in Davao City and willing to travel within Mindanao
• Valid driver’s license required
