• Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to encourage placing orders
• Conduct follow-up calls with leads and prospects generated by the team
• Learn and maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to accurately present and discuss with customers
• Build rapport with customers and address inquiries or concerns effectively
• Document and track all customer interactions, ensuring records are updated

• Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related course
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Goal-driven, with a willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
