簡介

A Customer Service Coordinator maintains satisfaction by providing product, service, and account information and monitoring performance for product warranty, maintenance agreements, and /or purchase orders.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consolidate all items to be repaired for easy scheduling and routing

• Provide accurate quotation to external and internal client promptly

• Ensure sales order and invoice are processed by CMG

• Coordinate all documents and permit for onsite repair

• Ensure all payment is collected after the repair or to be settled within 30 days

• Provide schedule, route and instruction to the technician

職位要求

Education:

• Must be a graduate of 4 years of related course

• Must have at least 1 years of work experience in the same capacity and /or in the same industry

• Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of customer service and the ability to do multi-task and adapt a fast-paced environment.

• Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, customer-service oriented, resourceful, creative and analytical.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other Systems applications
