Provide direct support to the sales team in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing sales orders
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and activity reports
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales reports
Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management and reordering processes
Respond promptly to client requests and ensure effective resolution of concerns
Support the organization and execution of sales campaigns, events, and product launches
Maintain professional relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) Business or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or solar industries.
Background in selling technical or industrial products such as heaters, sensors, or equipment consumables is highly preferred.
Familiarity with solar PV System components and market dynamics is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Willing to travel to meet clients, attend events, and support regional accounts
Willing to assign in main office at Taguig City
