Job Summary
Power Mac Center is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented
Sales Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting Apple products and accessories, provide excellent service, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding the right Apple products and accessories based on their needs.
Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and benefits.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and installment payments.
Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory organization.
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall store success.

K12 graduate, college level, and college graduate (taking up any Computer or IT-related courses is a plus).
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Passionate about Apple products and technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a proactive and sales-driven mindset.
