Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team to hit individual and team targets
• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
• Monitor KPIs and performance trends, and take corrective action when needed
• Conduct regular sales training, upskilling sessions, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and market positioning
• Plan and implement sales promotions, outreach efforts, and campaigns
• Work closely with the admin and production teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
• Provide weekly reports, insights, and recommendations to management

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
• Experience is a must
