A. Marketing Strategies
- Manages the establishment of the corporate brand through developing communication strategies to the target customers based on their needs, competitive pressures, available communication channels and carefully crafted key messages
- Manages the new logo design, product design, and other visual presentations intended for marketing the company’s products and services
- Develops and recommends various sales and marketing programs to communicate a strong corporate image, position the bank products and services to the target marketand to facilitate brand activation, acquisition and customer loyalty/retention
B. Marketing Channel Management
- Reviews the advertising content to be used in various marketing channels by creating graphic, visual and audio-visual materials for Digital and Offline marketing
- Coordinates with the Branch Lite Units in terms of marketing events/activities to be conducted in their respective areas and provides support in terms of marketing materials such as flyers, tarpaulin, etc.
- Monitors and ensures the conduct of marketing activities and reviews the effectiveness of each activity
- Reports to the Management Committee the effectiveness of each marketing channel in terms of prospect/leads generation and provides recommendations if any
- Conducts research on new trends, technologies and methodologies in various marketing channels to boost the market reach of the company
C. Customer Service
- Manages the customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries and gives immediate feedback to the customers
- Prepares incident report for customer complaints and forwards this to the concerned Branch Lite Unit or department for appropriate action
- Analyzes the quality of customer service we are providing to the clients and recommends initiatives if any
- Ensures facilitation of text blast to the clients with approved loan
- Initiates review of the customer service policy/procedure/guideline of the company
D. Business Process Improvements and Process Documentation
- Analyzes and evaluates current workflow by initiating business efficiency studies such as time and motion study and the like
- Revisits existing policies, procedures and work instructions and identifies areas that can be improved
- Prepares Multi-purpose loan presentation and presents this to his/her immediate head for further review prior to the presentation to the Management Committee
E. Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring
- Participates in strategic and operational planning activities of the company
- Prepares, submits and presents reports relative to the development of plans and assessment of departmental output at any given time
