Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Cebu, Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Sales Administrator to support our Australian real estate sales team. This role mirrors the responsibilities of an onshore sales assistant/PA, providing comprehensive support to high-performing real estate agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales administration process, enabling sales agents to focus on listing and selling. You will handle everything from preparing listing paperwork and managing campaigns to maintaining CRMs and keeping the sales agent’s calendar running smoothly.

Candidates with experience in real estate sales support, prospecting, or PA roles are strongly encouraged to apply. Familiarity with real estate-specific systems like REX, CampaignAgent, Box+Dice, or Realtair is highly regarded.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Listing & Campaign Support
  • Prepare listing documentation, sales authority forms, and property marketing packs.
  • Coordinate vendor paid advertising (VPA) through platforms such as CampaignAgent.
  • Create and update listings in real estate CRMs (e.g. REX, Box+Dice, Realtair) and portals.
  • Liaise with photographers, copywriters, and marketing suppliers to arrange campaigns.
  • Sales Progress Administration
  • Track key dates and milestones within the sales process (e.g. listing go-live dates, contract deadlines).
  • Coordinate contract preparation and assist with follow-ups to solicitors/conveyancers.
  • Maintain accurate property files and ensure compliance with office processes and timelines.
  • Agent PA & Administrative Support
  • Draft correspondence, compile reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.


Qualification and requirements:

  • Proven experience in a real estate sales administration, sales assistant, or PA role (Australian real estate preferred).
  • Familiarity with real estate CRMs (REX, CampaignAgent, Box+Dice, Realtair) and digital calendar/email systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong phone manner and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote team members.
  • Sales prospecting or marketing support experience is an advantage.
  • Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
  • Proven experience in a real estate sales administration, sales assistant, or PA role.
