PCon International Corp. is a leader in sustainable construction solutions in the Philippines, specializing in ECOBLOC Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) products and XLIME Quicklime. Our portfolio supports a wide range of projects from structural walls to soil stabilization, helping the industry meet high standards in safety, durability, and environmental responsibility.

 

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Officer to focus on account management and client acquisition. This role involves independently seeking new clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a client-focused environment.


· Independently identify and acquire new clients in the construction industry.

· Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.

· Present and promote ECOBLOC AAC products to contractors, developers, and architects.

· Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.

· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

· Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and client feedback.

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is an advantage.
