JOB PURPOSE
To create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Develop new clients and new business with existing principals and/ or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare/ present reports on account status to Top Management. Generate forecast and track key account metrics.
- Conduct fieldwork, cold calls, classified ads and posting. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to- day basis.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and service.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
- To assist Sales Personnel of other ACCLI affiliates in closing PLX deals.
- Minimum Monthly Gross Sales Target is Six (6) Million for both Dry and Cold Storage.
- Responsible for the On- Time collection of ARs from the clients. Avoid having bad debts.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:Any Business Degree Course.
- Experience : At least 1-year relevant experience.
- Specific Attributes: Proven track record of sales achievement; self-motivated; Initiative; and inter-personal skills.
