簡介

  • Conduct regular, unannounced visits to various store branches
  • Assess and document cleanliness, organization, and overall store appearance
  • Evaluate product presentation, freshness, quality, and stock availability
  • Observe and report on customer service delivery and compliance with brand standards
  • Provide feedback to store teams and management based on audit results
  • Collaborate with operations teams to recommend and follow up on corrective actions
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights
  • Assist in developing standardized processes and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations


職位要求

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Must have valid driver's license and amenable to drive 4-wheel vehicle
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, food service, or retail auditing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills
  • Excellent communication, and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules
  • Familiarity with bakery operations or food safety standards is a plus
