Requirements:
Finished High School or Senior High School with at least 1 year experience in BPO industry
College graduates with no experience are welcome to apply
Basic English communication skills
Well-versed in local language (Tagalog/Filipino)
Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift, GY shift)
Amendable working on site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to delivery riders via calls, chats, and emails
Assist with inquiries related to deliveries, app navigation, payments, and account issues
Troubleshoot technical concerns and escalate complex cases as needed
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of rider concerns
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all interactions
Log and document interactions following account-specific protocols
Collaborate with internal teams to improve rider experience
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
