  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, branding, sales management, and customer management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, manage inventory, promote products, and maintain store appearance.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, motivated, reliable, and adaptable to changing needs.
