As a Sales Representative at Lukfook Jewellery, you will be the face of our brand—delivering exceptional customer service and an elevated luxury retail experience. You are responsible for presenting and selling fine jewelry pieces, assisting customers in finding the perfect item, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving store sales goals.
- Warmly welcome guests and clients in a polished, professional manner consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
- Assist clients in selecting jewelry by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge, including gemstone types, gold karats, diamonds, craftsmanship, pricing, and luxury trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising of displays according to brand standards.
- Manage high-value transactions with utmost integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy.
- Provide after-sales support including handling inquiries, repairs, or returns.
- Monitor and report stock levels and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with store managers and colleagues to meet sales goals and store performance targets.
- Handle VIP clients and foreign guests with cultural sensitivity, tact, and multilingual support (if applicable).
- Participate in regular training and development for product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Represent Lukfook Jewellery in special events, client showcases, or casino-hosted functions when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience in retail, luxury goods, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- With a pleasing personality and confident demeanor, must be presentable at all times, well-groomed, and with a professional appearance.
- The minimum height requirement of 165 cm (female) and 170 cm (male) and above to align with brand presentation standards.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling high-value transactions.
- Willing to work in mall/hotel-based stores, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexible with scheduling and shift rotations.
