  • Welcoming customers, assisting them with purchases, answering product-related questions, and resolving complaints. 
  • Actively drive sales by cross-selling products, informing customers about promotions, and encouraging them to sign up for loyalty programs.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming shopping environment. 

職位要求

  • At least a high school graduate
  • With good communication skills both oral and written
  • Pleasing personality, good physique, and excellent interpersonal skills
