Work Setup: Mon to Sat (onsite)

Seeking a proactive and client-focused Sales Associate to generate new business, manage client relationships, and drive sales for toll manufacturing services in sectors like chemicals, food, personal care, electronics, and beyond.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in the cosmetic, skincare, and personal care, and other related industries.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Present and promote our range of existing and customized packaging solutions to match client needs.

Customer Engagement

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions.
• Provide guidance on materials, design, and customization options.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of orders.

Market Research

• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and packaging innovations.
• Identify new opportunities to expand our product offerings based on industry demands.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the designs and procurement teams to ensure feasibility of customized packaging.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

• College undergrad or bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
• Proven experience in B2B sales of at least 2 years
• Hands-on experience selling to Philippine brands (wellness, supplements, food, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.
