職位描述

The Shift Manager oversees daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure quality service, cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and team coordination in a Korean BBQ dining setup. They lead the front and kitchen staff, manage guest concerns, and ensure smooth shift transitions.


Key Responsibilities: Staff Supervision

  • Manage and lead service crew, kitchen staff, and grill attendants during shift.
  • Assign stations, monitor breaks, and ensure proper rotation of duties.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings.


Guest Service

  • Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor table turnover and ensure smooth flow of dine-in service.


Operations & Sanitation

  • Monitor grilling stations, side dish replenishment, and buffet counters (if applicable).
  • Ensure cleanliness and food safety protocols are strictly followed (especially for raw meats).
  • Check that exhaust fans, tabletop grills, and other equipment are functioning properly.


Administrative Tasks

  • Submit end-of-shift reports (sales, inventory usage, incident logs).
  • Assist with daily inventory checks and ordering when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and DOH/DTI/LGU standards.


Cashiering & POS Monitoring

  • Supervise cash handling and closing reports.
  • Ensure accurate billing and prevent order fraud or manipulation.
