  • Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in restaurant supervision or management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong team player, excellent operations and inventory management, effective communication (both written and verbal), cost management capabilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain inventory, and control costs.
  • Working Conditions: fast-paced restaurant environment, flexible shifts, requires standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork-oriented, problem solver, and effective leader.
