- Oversee and manage renovation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in renovation or construction project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with regular site visits; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, adaptable, and effective communicator with strong negotiation skills.
